Notice Description
The contract to be tendered by Dumfries & Galloway Health Board (the "Authority) is for the direct provision of the grounds maintenance service. The works will be to the Estates open spaces, pathways, common grounds, shrub beds and wooded areas, mainly located within the boundaries of the Estates properties.

The contract to be tendered by Dumfries & Galloway Health Board (the "Authority) is for the direct provision of the grounds maintenance service. NHSDG wish to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake grounds maintenance. The works will be to the Estates open spaces, including grass cutting, pruning, maintenance of hedgerows, flowerbeds/borders and shrub bed areas, responsive tree works, leaf clearance etc to the NHS Estate throughout Dumfries & Galloway.
Renewal: It is intended that the contracts established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further year at the discretion of NHSDG
