The maintenance, repair, supply and installation of automatic and roller shutter doors and associated equipment to Higher Education (HE) Institutions and other listed organisations throughout the UK and Further Education (FE) institutions in Scotland which includes all members, associate members and their associated and affiliated bodies of APUC Ltd (Advanced Procurement Universities and Colleges), HEPCW (Higher Education Procurement Consortia Wales), LUPC (London Universities Purchasing Consortium), NEUPC (North East Universities Purchasing Consortium), NWUPC (North West Universities Purchasing Consortium) and SUPC (Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium) as detailed in Appendix E - List of Institutions.

Lot Information

Scotland: Highlands and Islands

The purpose of this lot is to provide the maintenance, repair, supply and installation of automatic and roller shutter doors and associated equipment to all Institutions and organisations and their associated and affiliated bodies within the Highland and Islands Scotland as listed in Appendix E - List of Institutions under Lot 2.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts(Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a period of up to 24 months, subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutional requirements.

Scotland: Central and South

The purpose of this lot is to provide the maintenance, repair, supply and installation of automatic and roller shutter doors and associated equipment to all Institutions and their associated and affiliated bodies within Central and South Scotland as listed in Appendix E - List of Institutions under Lot 1.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a period of up to 24 months, subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutional requirement.

North West (including North England, Northern Ireland and North Wales)
