This contract is being procured by Link Group Ltd on behalf of its subsidiary LinkLiving. LinkLiving is a Scottish health and wellbeing charity that assists people of all ages to overcome the negative impacts of trauma, mental health, inequality, and isolation. LinkLiving currently uses the Carista CRM system to record service user data and to manage individual care and support planning for around 2,000 service users. LinkLiving is looking for a replacement system that can incorporate existing records and capture service user data moving forward.

Renewal: Possible extension by 2 years.
