By enabling business process automation based on software robots / artificial intelligence (AI) workers, we believe such a solution will support WLC's Digital Strategy and wider transformation programme.. Suppliers are required to complete the attached market research questionnaire. Clarification questions must be received by 23 September, 12 noon. Please return your completed questionnaire to Anita Bainbridge by 28 September, 12 noon (anita.bainbridge@westlothian.gov.uk)
