This Invitation to Tender is seeking offers from suitable organisations to undertake a fully Measured Term Contract for Servicing of Air Conditioning which shall ensure that Dumfries and Galloway Council carry out the maintenance and Integrity of all Air Conditioning within Council premises.

This Invitation to Tender is seeking offers from suitable organisations to undertake a fully Measured Term Contract for Servicing of Air Conditioning which shall ensure that Dumfries and Galloway Council carry out the maintenance and Integrity of all Air Conditioning within Council premises. This contract will be tendered as one Lot and requires one contractor to carry out the Servicing & Maintenance of all equipment listed within the Work Schedule Cost Summary Document. To ensure the council can fulfil statutory obligations in relation to Health & Safety regulations though not restricted to the provision of the following summary of services and shall ensure compliance at all times. - Air Conditioning Plant - TM44 Inspections and Documentation All rates supplied within the "Work Schedule Cost Summary_(Tenderers Name)" should include any access equipment required and time to identify the fault. All orders issued under this contract will have four different instruction timescales which must be adhered to- A1 - Immediate with 2 hrs A2 - Within 24 hrs A3 - Within 7 Working days A4 - Within 30 days

Renewal: On expiry of this contract, two further 12 months extensions may be offered, subject to the satisfactory performance of the Contract, the options of which shall be at the discretion of the Council.
