            "performanceTerms": "The envisaged contract has a critical deadline date of June 2021, in line with budgetary restrictions, therefore, Service Providers should be certain that they can meet the demanding time scales, criteria of this Invitation to Tender and the provision itself, prior to participating. The University has a limited budget for the VNA provision and this is GBP 220,000.00. This shall include all the core VNA software items, 50 licences for 5 years, installation, training, 5 years warranty & service, all as specified in the invitation to tender document. This shall not include the hardware and the provision of some services, such as data transfer. The circumstances around these actions has been described in greater detail in the invitation to tender document. The service provider must be able to meet all of our core needs within this budget."
