Notice Description
The procurement comprises Six Trade Lots in order to deliver a multi-trades day-to-day reactive repair and void repair service throughout their housing stock. The Trade Lots are as follows: - Lot 1 - Builder Work Lot 2 - Electrical Work Lot 3 - Joiner & Glazier Work Lot 4 - Painter Work Lot 5 - Plumbing Work Lot 6 - Out of Hours Emergency Repairs (Multi-Trade)

Builder Work
Rural Stirling Housing Association Ltd intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors per Lot. The tender providing the Most Economical Advantage will be the preferred Contractor over the term of the Contract subject to the Conditions set out within the Contract documents. The Contract duration is 3 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years at the Associations discretion. The exact requirements are set out in the DRAFT contract documents attached to this notice.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: May take up an option to extend the contract on a variable basis up to a further 24 month period.
