Berwickshire Housing Association are seeking to let a Contract for Responsive Repairs and Void Property Works using the following LOTS with typical annual spend excluding VAT:- 1. Main Contract Multi Trade Contractor 400,000 GBP 2. Plumbing Contractor 102,000 GBP 3. Electrical Contractor 246,000 GBP 4. Joiner and Locksmith Contractor 190,000 GBP 5. Roofing Contractor 295,000 GBP 6. Stoves and Chimney Contractor 4,300 GBP 7. Decoration Contractor 54,000 GBP 8. Cleaning Contractor 35,000 GBP 9. TV Aerial Contractor 1,200 GBP 10. Fencing 13,000 GBP The Contracts will be for an initial two year duration with the options to extend for one plus one further years
