Notice Description
The Contractor shall provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and subsequent repairs and upgrade works on all sites: 1 Head Office 6 domestic flats used as office space by the NHS 5 domestic properties used as HMO's 103 communal stairs, typically 6 flats in a block This includes an out of hours emergency service. The Contractor shall provide and carry out management, operation, repair and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to the following Services: Emergency Lighting Systems Fire Alarms and Detector Systems Smoke Vent Systems Fire extinguishers Fire blankets Intruder alarms Each site may have any, or all of the equipment listed above.
