(No Download of Mobile App) We are looking to hear from interested parties that are able to provide the above service in order to enable RBGE to offer live, online tours of its Gardens and collections. The nature and range of tours will be developed and delivered by RBGE. Delivery should have no download requirement for end users and should be supported on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari at least. Tours should be free to end-users but include an option for online donation. A technical support service should be available to users. The initial period will be committed to the end of 2022, depending on the level of response to this notice, a year's extension may be agreeable. The Concession model will be based on the percentage share of the income generated by donations to RBGE.. We wish to hear from any interested parties by 5th June 2021.
