The system will include case management for children's social care, adult social care, Criminal Justice legislation and, finance with a system that meets the Scottish Government's Cloud First agenda. The Council utilised the G-Cloud 12 Framework Agreement which offered a suite of cloud provisioned software and associated services including services for Social Care systems.. Referring to section II.2.5) Award criteria - this was not based on price, but by following the 6-step buying process on the Digital Marketplace associated with the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 12 Framework.
