Development of a Race Equality Workplace Training Framework
Notice Description
This commission is to develop a framework for race equality/anti-racist training for workplaces. This framework will help inform employers of the kind of training that can be undertaken and identify training that is specific to their needs.
Lot Information
Lot 1
This commission is to develop a framework for race equality/anti-racist training for workplaces. This framework will help inform employers of the kind of training that can be undertaken and identify training that is specific to their needs. The framework should enable employers to embed it within their existing learning and development practices. It should offer a clear progression pathway to support and build competence of staff to understand racism and how it can manifest, or be embedded, in workplace cultures and systems. Employers should then be able to effectively address issues impacting staff. The framework will also provide a clear approach to measuring the efficacy of any training undertaken.
Renewal: Intention is for work to be completed by 31st March 2022. If absolutely required, 2 x 1 month extensions may be made available, although all work would be expected to be completed within the originally agreed budget.
