West Lothian Council seek to appoint a suitably experienced, licensed and qualified contractor to carry out Emergency lighting, repairs, replacements and testing, at non-housing properties within the geographical area of West Lothian. The works comprise the carrying out of the repair, replacement and testing of emergency lighting systems as and when instructed, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Contract and Contract Documents.. Re: SPD Q3D.1, 3D.2 & 3D.3 Bidders to answer these on Environmental, social& labour law in relation to compliance with regulations covering Scotland &UK.
