We are flexible on the approach taken to effectively deliver these outcomes. The bidder should detail their recommended approach and how this will support us to build effective teams. If the provider feels that other/different options/elements would be useful then please advise in response. In addition to the core services described above, bidders should also provide options for coaching to line managers and leaders across the business..
