Notice Description
This procurement is concerned with the purchase of suitably qualified electrical contractors with relevant proven experience to be awarded a place on an Electrical Term Reactive and Planned Maintenance Framework. These works are predominantly for public buildings including schools, council offices, libraries, community centres, public toilets and sporting pavilions.
Lot Information
Lot 1
To award a Framework of 3 contractors to provide Electrical repairs and maintenance to Stirling council public properties. There will be no ranking of contractors awarded onto the Framework. The call off procedure will be that the Council may take into account a range of factors (details within Appendix D - Specification) to determine which contractor will provide best value for the particular Work Order.
Renewal: Option to extend a further 12 months making a total of 36 months
