PfH Heating Solutions Framework
Notice Description
Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark. Collectively our Members manage more than 75% of UK' social housing stock, with PfH helping them to achieve efficiency savings using a wide range of services including framework agreements, spend analyses, strategy reviews, consolidated billing and comprehensive reporting. PfH is a contracting authority under Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("PCR 2015") and a central purchasing body under regulation 37 PCR 2015. PfH have procured a heating solutions framework for the delivery of commercial and domestic heating solutions, which includes installations, repairs and maintenance and servicing. This has been procured through MyTenders reference number 228775.
Lot Information
Domestic Heating - Servicing, Repairs, Maintenance, Installations and associated services
Repair, installation and servicing and maintenance of domestic heating solutions. The framework lot is divided into 13 geographical regions. Organisations were able to apply for a combination of lots and regions (sub lots), however, suppliers that chose to bid for the national region under this lot were limited to a maximum of two additional sub lot regions within the same lot. For organisations who bid only on regional sub-lots within this lot and are excluding the national region, suppliers were limited to submit a bid for a maximum of 6 regional sub-lots within this lot. To be considered for the framework organisations must meet the minimum standards of accreditation and other criteria as set out in the Selection Questionnaire.
