For ease of access, it is crucial that the supplier can provide a single point of purchase for students to utilise both Gown hire and photography services, in addition an on campus presence during all graduation ceremonies is required as part of this contract .As part of this contract the supplier must provide a rebate to the university based on all sales made throughout the contract term..
