This Lots is for the maintenance of fire alarms and detection installations within Harbour Homes housing stock.

Options: Tendering contractor that decide to bid for Lot 3, must also provide a bid for Lot 5 (and visa versa). Tendering bids for Lot 3 alone or Lot 5 alone will not be considered.
