This project enables the local delivery of enhanced Business Gateway services through a flexible set of interventions - tailoring these to local circumstances and opportunities. One of the key objectives for Business Gateway West Lothian is to provide consultancy support and training to assist businesses in developing their employees and improving the performance of the business. This support will address the current gap in provision to SMEs and Micro businesses. This aims to complement the Current Business Gateway activity by: - Increasing the range of specialist consultancy support available to local growing businesses; - Providing additional training and webinars to growing businesses.

The purpose of the Invitation to Tender is to seek proposals from potential suppliers of Specialist Business Advice Services and training. Those awarded a place on the framework will be required to professionally assist organisations within West Lothian in their particular area of expertise. In order to facilitate the matching of business support needs with the most suitable providers, the framework will include a Lot for Marketing and Branding; Interested suppliers must have the knowledge, capacity, experience and expertise to deliver Marketing and Branding Services.
