The National Library of Scotland ('the Library') is looking for a suitably qualified, experienced and knowledgeable Supplier to supply, deliver, install, support and maintain a digitisation system able to convert A0 sized single sheet historic collection materials to digital. These materials may include maps, posters, plans, manuscripts, photographs, and others, and may come in a variety of physical conditions including fragile, warped, and laminated items. Materials will be of various ages and may have small amounts of dust and / or chemical residue. It is anticipated that one (1) digitisation system will be purchased following successful award of the contract. The digitisation system will be operated at the Library's Causewayside premises in Edinburgh.

Renewal: up to a maximum of 7 years
