Lot Information
Lot 1
HIAL wants to understand the market capability and capacity to deliver a Secondary Surveillance Data at Inverness Airport to bolster existing assets. This may be in the form of a standalone SSR, a dedicated multilateration system, or the provision of Secondary Surveillance data as an Onward Routed Radar Data (ORRD) feed. The data must be capable of interfacing to the current SDPS and integrating to provide a complete cooperative and non-cooperative surveillance picture. At this point, HIAL is primarily considering the purchase and ownership of an SSR asset as it facilitates other activities, however, HIAL is ready to examine other opportunities if presented.. HIAL wishes to understand the market capacity to deliver into operational service in the next twelve to eighteen months. This therefore highlights the need for a non-developmental system/delivery that can be deployed relatively quickly. The provision of data must support a minimum design life of fifteen years.
