Full description is contained within the procurement documents. This contract is for three years with an option to extend for a further two years (on an annual basis) subject to satisfactory performance by the service provider.
Options: There is a possibility that ad-hoc software and hardware may be required over the 5 year maximum duration of the contract
Renewal: There is an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years. The earliest date for re-tender will be third quarter 2026
