supply and installation of multi-function devices on a leased basis, including support and maintenance, based on a cost per page. PHA is seeking to appoint for the period January 2024 to January 2026.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: There is an option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a maximum of three years.

Outright Purchase basis Agreement

4.1.3.2 For the supply and installation of multi-function devices on an outright purchase basis, including support and maintenance. PHA is seeking to appoint for the period January 2024 to January 2026..
