Notice Description
This notice is for a proposed renewal framework for engineering and technical consultancy services. The purpose of this notice is to enable interested parties to engage with Scotland Excel to discuss the opportunity, marketplace and options regarding the structure of the proposed procurement. Scotland Excel endeavours to implement the most effective framework for both purchasers and suppliers and therefore invites suppliers to provide input in relation to the potential scope and structure of the renewal framework.
