The purpose of this procurement is to provide an effective means to measure, manage and monitor operator exposure to vibration levels, within the Councils Roads Operations team. This specification contains all the information needed to quote for the supply and install of a suitable Hand Arm Vibration Monitoring System at the 2 specified sites on Orkney Mainland for 30 operators, each requiring their own HAV sensors. The quote should also include elements of training and support with details provided and confirm the timescale within which the system can be procured and installed. Furthermore, bidders should include any applicable annual subscription costs for the management software, for an initial 3-year period, with option to extend by 2 x 12 months period subject to the satisfactory performance of the provider.
