Children's Hearings Scotland (CHS) require an eLearning Platform to host CHS bespoke training courses, manage CHS staff and volunteer's learning records, and access off-the-shelf courses
Options: During the course of the contract, CHS may increase or reduce the number of users if required to meet the training needs of the organisation. Additionally, it may increase or reduce the number of off-the-shelf courses purchased based on the needs of the organisation. Both options may result in changes to the overall value of the contract, however the prices for these options have been fixed at the time of award.
