Please note the scope of this requirement is contained within 'Appendix H - Specification'. In summary, the Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, and minor repair services for the Authority's air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and extended equipment lifespan.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the contract for two (2) x twelve (12) month periods, subject to satisfactory performance and continued Authority requirement.
