The contract is for the provision, implementation, configuration, support and maintenance of a corporate financial management system for the Council. The solution provides core financial management functionality, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Capital Accounting/Fixed Assets, Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and Making Tax Digital (MTD) modules. The system supports the Council's financial management, statutory accounting and reporting requirements and includes integration with other Council business systems through standard interfaces and APIs where appropriate. The contract also includes associated implementation services, data migration, user training, software support, maintenance, disaster recovery and business continuity arrangements..
