Description: Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a multi-provider Open Framework for the delivery of services under the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme. The procurement is being conducted under the Light Touch regime in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023, reflecting the nature of the services and the need for a proportionate and flexible approach. The services to be provided under this procurement include the delivery of holiday clubs, holiday events and enrichment workshop activities for eligible children and young people during school holiday periods across the borough.
