Description: "This is a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice for the Provision of Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS). As part of the Children and Families Act 2014, it is a legal requirement that all local authorities ensure disabled children and young people and children and young people with special educational needs and their parents have access to an impartial Information, Advice and Support (IAS) service.
