Description: Following recent Planning approval, Thanet District Council intends to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of construction works at Walpole Bay in the Thanet District. The bidder will construct a beachfront development on the Hodges Gap lower promenade at Walpole Bay, Cliftonville, as part of the council's Regeneration Project Portfolio. The works will include the construction of a new small cafe building with mezzanine seating area, separate toilet block with outdoor showers, and a shipping container based community space. Thanet District Council will be inviting prospective bidders to submit a Tender to meet the Employer's requirements.
