For example - Pull up table standees, Posters, Flyers, Tablecloth, Tote bags, Notepads, Pens and Photobooth, Platform, standee etc. as per the quantity and mentioned specifications in the pricing approach document for our upcoming outreach programmes [...]

The Electoral Services Team manages all statutory local government and national elections. This includes elections for the District Council. Our current contract for Electoral Print expires in July 2025. Wakefield Council will be going out to market via the open procedure for Electoral Print and Postage in February 2025. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 29th July 2025, initially for 5 years (July 2030) with the option to extend for a further 2 X 18 months.. [...]

This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver stock into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire and also for Providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer. We are currently looking to purchase bespoke certificate paper, transcript paper and foiled 2-image flipped holograms. Paper quality, print quality, security features and sustainability/carbon footprint are key considerations. See attached documents for more information. [...]
