This service of foster carer recruitment is required for the purpose of increasing the number of foster carers in Hampshire County Council Children's Services and contribute to PS4.7m of cost avoidance for the Saving Programme 2023. This niche activity of training for Hampshire County Council's staff , support for the staff, marketing to the Christian community through the supplier, Home for Good 's social media platforms/brand, recruitment activity and lead generation is delivered through years of relationship building and experience of working within the Christian community. Therefore, a direct award to Home for Good would be appropriate in this circumstance, where there are no other suitable suppliers that can offer the services required with the relevant experience as listed above and with a team of people to support.
