RM6164 Public Sector Global Travel and Venue Solutions
Notice Description
Crown Commercial Service as the Authority is putting in place a Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies identified at VI.3 (and any future successors to these organisations), which include Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities. The above contracting authority(s) have a need for travel booking solutions services. The travel booking solutions services covered by this Procurement have been sub-divided into two lots namely: Lot 1 (Solution A) Domestic and international travel and venue find booked from UK and overseas points of sale. Lot 2 (solution B) Domestic and international travel and venue find booked from UK points of sale. Crown Commercial Service reserves the right for an electronic auction to be held by contracting authority(s) during further competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement(s). Additional information: We are running this competition using the 'open procedure. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is seeking to establish a Framework Contract for Travel and Venue services on behalf of the Minister for the Cabinet Office. The Framework Agreement will be available for use by UK public sector bodies as described in the customer list. The framework consist of the following lots: Lot 1: (Solution A) domestic and international travel and venue find booked from UK and overseas points of sale; Lot 2: (solution B) Domestic and international travel and venue find booked from UK points of sale. Suppliers will be required to provide the deliverables (services) set out in the Specification, The full specification is set out in the IT
