Notice Title

Educational Visits Thorbridge Outdoors

Notice Description

Sheffield City Council provides an Educational Visits Service to Sheffield academy schools that buy into the service and all Sheffield maintained schools. The service has been using an online education visits system for a number of years. School staff are trained on how to use the system and given logins for the different levels of staff members (Headteacher, EVC, other staff). Schools use the system to log all educational visits, upload risk assessments and evidence. Some educational visits will meet the criteria for Local Authority approval and will go through to the Educational Visits Service to review and reject (and feedback) or approve. The service also provides guidance, advice and shares national good practice with schools. We looking to secure an online education visits system for the next 4 years that meets our specification.
