TfGM is looking to introduce a smartphone app for use on a multitude of platforms to enable customers to purchase Metrolink and possibly other modes of transport tickets. This, combined with the introduction of 'get me there' smart card and products on buses, will further embed the brand with our customers as part of a suite of deliverables to best assist with an ease of access approach.
