Notice Description
Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner wish to establish a multi Provider framework agreement for the provision of Estates and Facilities Services to include; pre planned maintenance, reactive services, general building and facilities services, project work and waste and decontamination services. Full details of all Lots /disciplines are included in SECTION 3 Requirements of the ITT.

Estates and Facilities Framework
Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner is looking to establish a framework for the provision of a variety of Estates and Facilities services. It is intended that the framework will be divided into multiple lots; and final decisions around the formation and number of lots will be made following market engagement. The framework lots intend to cover the following areas of estates and facilities services: Heating and plumbing (inc PPM and Reactive) Water compliance Electrical services (inc PPM and Reactive) UPS (inc PPM and Reactive) Mechanical Ventilation (inc PPM and Reactive) Fire alarms (inc PPM and Reactive) Gritting Generators Asbestos Gates and barriers Grounds maintenance Security Lifts Surveying Building valuations Fire detection Fixed wire testing Mechanical ventilation and air handling Roofing General building works Surfacing Flooring Water coolers Masts and Aerials Decontamination Building rates review Within the indicative timeline, we have a proposed date for market engagement on 6th January 2022. We are seeking interested suppliers who may be interested in the framework to express an interest, indicate whether they would like to be kept updated about the engagement activity and indicate which areas of facilities/estates services they can provide. Lot 1A- Pre planned maintenance and associated repairs - Policing Bodies (Northamptonshire)This Lots include the provision of pre-planned maintenance requirements and associated repairs to ensure compliance and meet statutory obligations. Pre-Planned maintenance refers to any activity that is scheduled and planned to ensure there is a strategy to maintain the standard and resilience of equipment and buildings within a Contracting Bodies Estate. The Lot shall cover the following disciplines: i. General building, carpentry and decorating ii. Surfacing iii. Flooring iv. Windows v. Grounds maintenance vi. Blinds and curtains vii. Lot 6 - Miscellaneous ServicesLot 6 includes the provision for a range of Miscellaneous Estates and Facilities services. The Lot shall cover the following services: i. Gritting ii. Passenger lifts, platform lifts and catering lifts iii. Water coolers iv. Masts and aerials/anchor points and latchway v. Appliance and industrial doors vi. Reception and/or security duties vii. Lot 7 - Projects, works and services up to a value of PS500,000.00.Lot 7 includes the provision of Estate and Facilities projects, works and services up to a value of PS500,000.00. Services, Works and Projects refer to any activity that is scheduled and planned under the following disciplines; i. Construction consultants and Building Work/Services ii. Lot 8 - Waste and DecontaminationLot 8 includes the provisions for the disposal of both dry and hazardous waste and Decontamination Services, including forensic cleaning in multiple settings such as, but limited to, witness interview suites, cells and or vehicles (or any other specialist areas).
