Notice Description
The delivery of a 20 year Campus Plan, Phase 1 and Phase 2 denote significant investment over the next 11 years in maintenance of the existing estate and the development of both new and refurbished buildings in the heart of the city. The University has created an alliance arrangement that includes the design led consultancy (Lot 1), construction works (Lot 2) and hard facilities management services (Lot 3) required to deliver the Campus Plan.

1819-27-FDR-MG Hallam Alliance and Professional Services Contract - Partner for design-led multi-disciplinary consultancy services
This is an NEC4 Professional Services Short Form Contract to deliver non-alliance consultancy services and a multiparty NEC4 Alliance Contract to deliver Phase 1 and 2 of the Campus plan. The core services required include but not limited to: architect, landscape architect, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, structural engineer, civil engineer, fire engineer, principal designer, building surveyor, sustainability advisor, acoustic engineer, clerk of works and BIM Manager. The NEC 4 Professional Services Short Form Contract has a four-year duration. The NEC4 Alliance Contract is for four years with two subsequent periods of three years possible extensions. Additional information: The procurement is related to a project and/or programme financed by European Union funds: yes Identification of the project: There are no EU funds identified at the point of award, however in the unlikely event that construction related EU funds are available they would be directed through this contracted solution.

The contract is with a single Partner for construction works (1 000 000 GBP +). The contract will be for an initial 5 year term, with the option to extend for a further 3 years and a final 3 years.
