Farming Connect Knowledge Transfer
Lifelong Learning and Development will incorporate action learning, mentoring, e-learning, a provision of accredited training, individual Personal Development Plans (PDP's), and Continuous Professional Development (CPD). - Requirement 1: Management and Coordination of Lifelong Learning and Development - Requirement 2: Personal Development Plans - Requirement 3: Accredited Training - Requirement 4: Development and Mentoring - Requirement 5: E-Learning - Requirement 6: Continuous Professional Development Additional information: Contract start date 01/04/2023 Contract end date 31/03/2025 Extension option additional 12 months

Procurement Information
A tender was advertised openly via FTS and only 1 bid received for the Lot 2 contract, which following evaluation was deemed not suitable as the minimum threshold score was not met for one or more evaluation criteria. The WG have since used the negotiated procedure without prior publication, to negotiate a contract award that will be able to deliver the contract requirements, with the only supplier who submitted a bid following the open tender opportunity. The initial conditions of the contract will not be altered. The Negotiated Procedure may be met compliantly by relying on Regulation 32(2)(a) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
