The Contractor must provide software and an accompanying service which designs, builds, and manages a Digital Learning Hub to provide online learning opportunities to the sporting workforce in Northern Ireland. The contract is anticipated to commence upon Contract award with planning and build of the Digital Learning Hub to be completed by 24th March 2023. The management of the contract and software will then run from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2027.
