Planned and Reactive Maintenance
Notice Description
The provision of Planned, Cyclical and Repairs service to dwellings, schemes, outbuildings, hard and soft landscaping, sewerage treatment facilities and any other Council building within the county of Wiltshire (various LOTS). The Service Provider will be expected to programme works so they are evenly distributed around the County and avoid clashes with other activities on the Estate. The Council actively seeks to reduce its carbon footprint and will expect the Service Provider to demonstrate reductions in their working practices and material usage, consideration will be given to the use of suitable alternative materials and recycling.

FM1502 Mechanical Heating and Hot Water
LOT 1 - Mechanical Heating and Hot Water Included works but not limited to: Boiler replacements Gas, Oil, solid fuel & LPG servicing, 24/7/365 Responsive repairs service, Communal Boiler Servicing, remedial works and repairs* Gas, Oil, solid fuel & LPG remedial Works and repairs Replacement / Repairing of water and oil storage tanks Design, Installation, servicing and repair of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) *Where not covered by a Corporate Contract
Options: Option to extend for a single period of up to 5 years following the initial 5 year term.
FM1503 ElectricalLOT 2 - Electrical Included works but not limited to: Re-wires and remedial works, 24/7/365 Responsive repairs service, Public & communal Lighting & Controlled Access Responsive Electrical Works, Generator Maintenance* Smoke/CO/Heat Detector Servicing, Door Entry Servicing & replacement Smoke/CO/Heat Detector Renewals, Stair Seats Electrical Test & Inspections, Lift maintenance / replacement* PAT Testing* Fire Alarm Maintenance* Fire Extinguisher Maintenance* Photovoltaic design, installation, inspection and repairs including diversion and harvesting *Where not covered by a Corporate Contract

FM1505 Disabled AdaptationsLOT 4 - Disabled Adaptations. Included works but not limited to: Work Under Disability Discrimination Act Low level bathrooms and wet rooms Kitchen alterations including rise and fall units Minor building works Formation of ramps Installation of wash/dry WC's Responsive repairs service

FM1506 Flat and Pitched RoofingLOT 5 - Flat and Pitched Roofing Works include but not limited to: Re-Roofing/Fascias/Rainwater Goods Traditional pitched roofing and various flat roofing solutions Whole roof replacements to houses and blocks of flats 24/7/365 Responsive repairs service, Void Property Repairs
