The Works may include the following: * Conversion of bathrooms into Shower Rooms and Wet Rooms; * Conversion of Kitchens to aid disability; * Installation of sanitary fittings to ais disability; * Installations of ramps to aid access ; * Installation of grab rails and other aids; * Installation of stairlifts, through floor lifts and ceiling and bath hoists ; * Construction of extensions; * Construction of hardstandings and storage facilties for mobility scooters; * Installation of automatic wc's and bidets; * Modification of dwellings to accommodate wheelchair access; * Provision of Occupational Therapist Services
