Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the Provision of the following Event Support Services - Staging; Equipment Hire; Sound Engineer(s); Lighting Technician(s); Audio Visual Technicians; Stage Crew. Additional information: The contract value is per year, and based on estimated annual cost.
Options: The initial contract period commenced on 18th October 2024, for a period of 2 years. There will be options to extend for a further 3 x 12month periods, to be reviewed annually subject to satisfactory performance and written agreement by both parties.
Renewal: It is anticipated the contract will commence on 15 October 2024 for an initial period of 2 years, with the option to extended the contract for a further 3x 12 month periods.
