The University is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the procurement of Professional Services Consultancy related to buildings and works projects. The value of services covered by the Dynamic Purchasing System is expected to be in the range PS1 to PS2M for each call-off. Services include, but are not limited to, Architecture, Project Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, Cost Management Services, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services including Building Services Engineering, Principal Designer, Acoustics, Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy, Building Surveying, Rent, Rates & Valuations, Net Zero and Sustainability, Fire Consultancy, Planning and Landscape Architects.
