Notice Description

The supply, installation, and commissioning of a Real-Time Passenger Transport (RTPI) system and associated equipment, including the option of maintenance for up to 10 years from commencement of the Framework.

Planning Information

The aim of the notice is to notify the market that the Council's contract for Real Time Passenger Information 2025-2029 is planned to be reprocured, provide the proposed procurement timeline and request feedback on our Cloud Security Questionnaire. Whilst the general approach to the framework and the services/goods it provides are not changing, the Council is intending to re-procure this as a national framework open to all Local Authorities in England, Scotland and Wales. In order to tender, suppliers will be required to meet the Councils Cloud Security standards and therefore as part of our market engagement we are providing a copy of our Cloud Security Questionnaire and ask that suppliers review this in advance and confirm whether they can either meet all these requirements, or confirm which areas they are unable to meet and why. To access the questionnaire, suppliers need to go to https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire/aspx/Home Please login and search for the project 'UN23241' and register your interest for this project and the questionnaire will be available to download. Please review the questionnaire and provide any feedback/comments using the correspondence function within the In-tend system. Your feedback would be appreciated if you can fully meet the requirements or if you are unable to meet some aspects, all feedback is important. Responses are required no later than Thursday 20th March as we require time to review responses in preparation for the tender being launched in mid-April.
