YPO wishes to procure the design, installation, supply and servicing of commercial catering equipment solution in 2025 and start the tender process within the next 2-3 months. Background information: customers may look for different aspects of a commercial catering requirement from the design and layout of a new kitchen, installation or just supply of goods as well as maintenance of goods. Customers will primarily be Public sector markets.

Planning Information

YPO would like to invite all interested providers to a Supplier Conference on site at YPO's head office in Wakefield on the 7th May. The conference's aim is to give all suppliers an opportunity to ask tender and requirement related questions in an open forum and to familiarise themselves as well as sharing best practice, market conditions, innovation, customer insight, the new tender structure and the new Public Procurement Act. As this conference is being held in person at YPO's head office we do have a limited capacity of 60 people so please note this is limited to one person per organisation. The invite is on a first come, first served basis and once YPO reach the maximum capacity we will take all details of any further requests to join and will send out an opportunity for Suppliers to submit queries and questions beforehand. YPO will then answer them along with any other questions we receive and will send responses out with a copy of the slides from the day. Registration will close at 5pm on the 7th April 2025 and no further bookings will be accepted. Please note YPO reserve the right to cancel the webinar if insufficient interest is received. YPO will publish slides from the conference and minutes from the event through our online tendering portal. YPO reserves the right to not commit to advertising this tender if we do so wish.
