Notice Description
This closed framework agreement, let under the Procurement Act 2023 Regulations, allows central government and wider public sector organisations to lease passenger cars and light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles. Includes fleet management and salary sacrifice car schemes in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK). This framework agreement replaces the previous GCA agreement Vehicle Lease, Fleet Management and Salary Sacrifice Car Schemes (RM6268).
Lot Information
Lease of Vehicles up to 4.25 tonnes
Suppliers on this lot will provide the lease of standard build and converted passenger and light commercial vehicles up to 4.25 tonnes including related lease management services and other associated services. Suppliers will provide leased vehicles for a fixed term as specified by individual Buyers. Suppliers on this lot may choose to provide fleet management services, should they offer this capability.
Lease of specialist, commercial and municipal vehicles up to but not including 7.5 tonnesSuppliers on this lot will provide the lease of standard build and converted commercial vehicles up to but not including 7.5 tonnes including related lease management services and other associated services. Suppliers will provide leased vehicles for a fixed term as specified by individual Buyers. Suppliers on this lot may choose to provide fleet management services, should they offer this capability.

Suppliers will provide leased vehicles for a fixed term as specified by individual Buyers. Suppliers on this lot may choose to provide fleet management services, should they offer this capability
Lease of any specialist, commercial and municipal vehicles across Lots 2a and 2bSuppliers who are successful on both Lot 2a and Lot 2b will be automatically awarded a place on Lot 2c. There is no requirement to submit a tender for a place on Lot 2c. Suppliers on this lot will provide the lease of any standard build and converted commercial vehicles across lots 2a and 2b including related lease management services and other associated services. Suppliers will provide leased vehicles for a fixed term as specified by individual buyers. Suppliers on this lot may choose to provide fleet management services, should they offer this capability.
Salary Sacrifice Car SchemesSuppliers on this Lot will provide salary sacrifice car schemes that are tailored to meet the Buyer's organisational needs. This may include promoting the uptake of ultra-low and zero emission vehicles to eligible employees. Suppliers will implement, manage and market the Buyer's scheme and support the Buyer to meet their organisational policy and environmental commitments, which may support the Buyer to meet their obligations under the Government's Road to Zero targets when required.

Suppliers of all sizes and those unfamiliar with these policies are invited to join us to hear about: social value and driving for better business financial viability risk assessments carbon reduction plans prompt payment cyber essentials Presenters will provide you with an overview of the policies, how they operate in practice and what you need to do to prepare for meeting those requirements as part of your bid.
