Lot 1 - Supply, Repair and Maintenance of new Transport Containers for Blood Components. b. Lot 2 - Repair and Maintenance of Existing Blood Component Transport Containers. Each Lot will has it's own set of participating authorities who are able to place call-offs, as follows: a. Lot 1 participating authorities - NHS Blood and Transplant; Irish Blood Transfusion Service; Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Service; Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service; and Welsh Blood Service. b. Further market engagement is due to take place in June 25, hence NHSBT are issuing a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice. If you are interested in taking part in the market engagement, please contact james.marshall2@nhsbt.nhs.uk by no later than 17:00 hrs (GMT) on 06/06/2025. There is no guarantee that a formal procurement process will be launched as a result of this early market engagement exercise, nor that any contract(s) will be placed.
