Notice Description
Orbit is preparing to procure a framework of suppliers to provide professional services requirements across its group. The Framework is expected to include the following Lots although this is subject to change. The final lots will be confirmed in the published Tender Notice: Lot 1 - Financial, Audit & Risk Services Lot 2 - Digital Transformation & Technology Services Lot 3 - Civil and Structural Engineering Services Lot 4 - Building Services Engineering (M&E) Lot 5 - Architectural Design & Planning Services Lot 6 - Project Management & Technical Assurance Services Lot 7 - Decarbonisation Retrofit for Dwellings (PAS 2035:2019) Services Lot 8 - Landscape Architectural Design Services Lot 9 - Sustainability & Environmental Consultancy Services Lot 10 - Fire Engineering Services including EWS1 & FRAEW Surveys Lot 11 - Surveying Services Lot 12 - Valuation Services It is proposed that this will be an open framework for a term of 8 years.

Financial, Audit & Risk Services
This Lot covers the provision of specialist financial, audit, and risk advisory services to support Orbit in maintaining strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. Suppliers will provide expert assurance, advisory, and analytical services across a range of financial disciplines, ensuring transparency, accountability, and robust decision-making. Renewal: It is envisaged at this time the initial contract term will be 4 years with an option to extend to a further 2 years. This will be confirmed in the published Tender Notice.
Digital Transformation & Technology ServicesThis Lot covers the provision of specialist digital, technology, and transformation services to support the organisation in modernising its systems, enhancing digital capability, and delivering technology-enabled change. Suppliers will provide expert consultancy, development, integration, and programme delivery services across a wide range of digital disciplines, ensuring that technology investments are robust, secure, future-ready, and aligned with organisational strategy. Building Services Engineering (M&E)This Lot covers the provision of professional Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering services to support the planning, design, assessment, and delivery of building services within new-build and existing residential properties. Suppliers will provide specialist technical expertise across feasibility, design, condition assessment, and compliance, ensuring that building services systems are safe, efficient, resilient, and aligned with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
