Notice Description
The Council invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers ("Suppliers") for the provision of repair and maintenance for CCTV in Newquay and St. Austell.

Renewal: The Council may extend this Agreement beyond the Initial Term for up to 1 year (the "Extended Period") if both parties agree in writing to such an extension or extensions. The same terms and conditions as those contained within this Agreement shall apply to any Extended Period.
